A good friend and business owner told him that if he just did what he said he would do for his HOA clients, that his business would flourish. Brown Community Management provides full-service HOA management services to nearly 200 communities in Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Litchfield Park, Glendale, Peoria and Sedona, as well as in Rocky Point, Mexico. Our customer portfolio is as diverse as the cities in which we manage and includes single family homes, condominiums, high-rises and active adult communities ranging in size from 75 to 2,060 homes.
